When you register you are put on our list of vendors.
Once payment is made we will send you a copy of the map to select your spot.
Send us a copy of your logo if you have one. We will provide you with an event flyer to promote your business.
We will promote your business and social pages on our Websites.
We encourage all members to dress up and decorate their booths.
Check-In Begins At 5:30 pm
Before you set up please check-in at the concession stand. We will gladly assist you to your designated area.
You must provide your own setup, tables, canopies, games, candies, etc...
Take Down Begins at 9:30 pm. You're welcome to take down as early as needed.
Registration Fees
We encourage everyone who is participating in this event to give out candy. If you are able to, dress up and decorate your booth.
$0 -Non Profits - when you bring 2-3 bags of candy to give out to the kiddos. Host a family-friendly activity.
$25 - Vendor Space - when you bring 2-3 bags of candy to give out to the kiddos. Includes promo booths.
$50 - Vendor Space - if you are not giving out candy.
$75 Food Trucks - food trucks and trailers will have a designated food court area.
*Food & Drink Sales, if you are prepping meals, drinks, or baked goods on-site, you must have a food handlers certificate on file with the City Of San Angelo.
Payment Deadline Is Oct. 23rd, 2024
Registration does not guarantee a designated spot until payment is confirmed. First come, first served while space is available.
We do not give refunds, if you are unable to attend we will roll over your credit to our next upcoming event.
