Quick Cook-Off Information


Tex-Mex Cook-off Tailgate Style!

Designated parking and cook area on the West Side of the Kirby Park parking lot. 


Cook Tasting Spaces Cover  Minimum 20x20 Team Space!

Includes 1 automobile parking area, 1 canopy, space, and Grill setup space. All other equipment, canopies, and setups will fall behind the tasting area. Don't worry we have plenty of space to accommodate.


Set-up & Mapping Information!

Once the online registration deadline ends, all pre-registered teams will receive a Map and designated parking/setup areas.


 All Grills Welcome!

Wood, coal, pellet, skillets, etc... are Qualifying cooking surfaces.


Cleanup & Disposals!

We ask that you Do Not dump your trash or ashes on the property. Designated areas for grill ash and trash dispensers will be available.


Cooks Packet Pickups!

detailed information packets will be handed out during registration at check-in.
