Mercado Booking Fees

$1 Activities Booth Space - Non-Profits, provide a family engagement activity.

$20 Promo Booth Space - Non-Sales, come connect with the community.

$50 Vendor Booth Space - All -Sales, merchandise, and food booths.

$100 Food Trucks & Trailers - Applies to food trucks and non-food trailers.


Payment Deadline Is June 25th while space is available.

Registration does not guarantee a spot until payment is confirmed.


**We do not give refunds, fortunatley if you are unable to attend we will gladly roll over your credit to our next upcoming event.

Check-In Begins At 8:00 am

Before you set up please check-in at the Concession stand. We will gladly assist you to your designated area. 


You must provide your own setup, tables, canopies, & etc... 


Take Down Begins at 6:00 pm. 

After take down please clean your area and dispose of all trash. You're welcome to take down as early as needed if you are set up outdoors.
