When booking with us you are put on our list of vendors.
Booking does not guarantee a spot until payment is confirmed.
Once payment is made we will send you a copy of the map to select your spot for the event you scheduled.
Send us a copy of your logo if you have one. We will provide you with an event flyer to promote your business.
We will also add your business and social pages on our Websites.
You must provide your own setup, tables, canopies, games, etc...
All vendor booths will be set up under the pavilion.
Your POC will keep you updated with mapping, updates, and check-in information.

$10 for Activities & Game Booths
For those offering kids activities, and games at no cost. Non Sales Booth
$30 Vendor Booth Space
For those selling any art, crafts, products, clothing, jewelry, supplies, and services. Prepackaged snacks, food, and drinks are ok.
$75 Food Trucks & Large Trailers
For all food trucks and trailers selling food and merchandise.
**Food & Drink Sales being prepped, made, or cooked on-site must have a food handlers certificate on file with the City Of San Angelo. See here for more information.
